OWEN & CO

Owen &Co was created by Piers Owen in 2018. Piers spent 15 years working in London, undertaking a variety of professional building surveying work, designing and implementing refurbishment work and new builds.

He moved to Cornwall in 1995 and has been running a team of architects and building surveyors undertaking a wide variety of work on residential, commercial and educational buildings for a wide variety of private, commercial and local authority clients.

Tim Vian joined Owen & Co in 2019 as a Director, following 13 years working for a regional and national surveying practices.
