Project Management & Contract Administration

Our experienced building surveyors will produce construction detail and specifications, working alongside other members of the design team to produce thorough construction information, to allow for construction projects to be tendered and building contracts prepared to assist in the delivery of a building on time and on budget.

Our knowledge of building contracts, the requirements and limitations, of these, allow us to work with contractors in a recognised framework ensuring a smooth project delivery.

We offer advice on various forms of contract, including Preparation of employers requirements for design and build projects, acting as employers agent, and acting as contract administrator. We advise on health and safety requirements, under the CDM regulations, ensure that contractors are compliant with the legislation, and act as clients Principle Designer, if required.
